Tony is a rising star in Boxing, Strength and Conditioning and the latest impressive addition to the TLA Fitness team.
With over seven years' experience as a full-time fitness instructor and boxing coach, Tony has gained qualifications under the top strength coaches in the world, including Paul Chek,Charles Poliquin, and Brian Grasso. He's also trained some of the best amateur and professional boxers and MMA fighters in the UK and US. Leading by example, Tony has successfully completed a 140-mile Iron Man triathlon and trains six days a week using boxing, CrossFit and Strongman training.
Tony is available for Personal Boxing Training at the TLA Studio, Strength & Conditioning Coaching and will be running TLA's very own Boxercise classes on Monday evenings at the TLA Studio. September term will see a brand new Beginners boxing class, please stay tuned in for times and dates, to be announced.
