Qualified as an Exercise to Music Instructor in 2013 and training as a dancer in College, setting myself a goal like that was all the motivation I needed to get me on the right track. Since then I have achieved several qualifications in disciplines such as spinning, body conditioning and swim circuits. I have been actively instructing for 2 and a half years, mostly spinning and aerobics.
I will never claim to be 'super fit', however I come from a military background and will always remain functionally fit. With that said I have completed two half marathons and have two more to go at the end of this year, living proof that if you set yourself a target you can and will achieve it. I like to have fun whilst exercising and cannot function without music! Aside from general gym workouts I'm a keen snowboarder and skier and also enjoy boxing.
