TLA's H.I.I.T Classes
We use Weightlifting, Body weight movements and cardio exercises, combined in a constantly varied workouts to keep you interested and driven towards achieving your goals, HIT is becoming hugely popular, so come and give it a go!
Classes are led by 'Tony White' who is Crossfit level 1 certified.
