Wednesday mornings at 9:45 during school term times. You may start this class at any stage during the term.
20:20:20 will cover:
- 20 mins of cardio utilising the TLA Keiser bikes,
- 20 minutes of strength with kettlebells and
- 20 mins of core training with the TRX.
The 20:20:20 exercise class is a mixture of cardiovascular, resistance & core training designed to target every muscle group, giving you a full body workout.
The class will cater for all fitness levels as you can work to the intensity that suits you and challenge yourself in an achievable way. Sign up now as part of the TLA Studio membership or block book for every school term ad hoc payment is also available via the TLA timetable on-line. 20:20:20 is operated at The TLA Studio and spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
