Pure Pilates is based on the APPI method. It combines safe and effective exercises to build an understanding and better core to help with everyday activities. This class is designed to push individuals to help develop their core in a progressive manner. It caters for a wide ability level and allows beginners and more advanced participants to all take part.
Pure Pilates will take place on a Monday mornings during school term times, contact TLA Fitness on termly start dates. There is a termly fee each term dependant of how many classes are during that particular term. We do not allow ad-hoc classes as this is a progressive class term on term.
