NEW Beginners HIIT runs every Tuesday evening at 18:30, meeting in Hinksey Park just off Abingdon Road (OX1 4RR) please arrive 18:20 for a prompt start!
Intermediate-Advance HIIT runs every Tuesday evening 19:15, this is an established class and will not be suitable for beginners.
Kettlebell HIIT runs every Thursday morning 06:30 (45mins), this is an established class but is suitable for beginners. Contact TLA for more details on these two classes.
